How it works
From Brief to Delivery
1. Initial Consultation
We start by discussing the goals of your project.
You share your brief, including:
• the number of photos and videos you need
• how many bike models and human models will be involved
• the desired usage format (social media, website, ads, print, etc.)
This helps us align on the scope and creative direction.
2. Paper work
Once the concept and scope are agreed upon, you or I prepare the contract. I then send you the invoice. To get started with pre-production, I usually take a 50% upfront payment, and the remaining 50% is paid once the final files are delivered.
3. Pre-Production
After the agreement is in place, I handle full pre-production:
• assembling the right team based on project needs and your budget
• sending you model profiles to choose from (I work both with freelancer models and agencies)
• conducting location scouting and sharing location options
• providing styling options
Every step is discussed and approved by you to keep the process transparent.
3.5. Bike Handling
I receive the bike either by picking it up at your boutique/store or via shipping.
If needed, I assemble it and make sure it’s ready for the shoot.
4. Scheduling
Once models, locations, and styling are confirmed, I schedule the shoot and prepare the team for the selected date.
If there is bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances, we always have a backup date ready.
5. Production Day
During the shoot, I capture both photos and videos in parallel.
My assistant also films behind-the-scenes content on a phone.
6. Post-Production & Delivery
Within 2 days after the shoot, I send you the RAW photos for selection.
Within one week after you choose your favorites, I deliver the final edited photos and the fully edited videos.
Final Note
My goal is to keep everything simple, transparent, and enjoyable, so you always feel informed and confident throughout the entire process.
